General terms and conditions of accounting service cooperation agreement
- All services provided by the service provider are subject to the general terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement between the service provider and the customer. The provision of effective legislation are applied to the part not regulated by the agreement.
- The service provider undertakes to work professionally, according to the specificities of the customer’s activities and with the due diligence complying with generally accepted accounting principles. The service provider has the right to use subcontractors to fulfil orders. Where subcontractors are used, the service provider is responsible for their work as though they had carried out the work itself.
- The customer is obliged to create the conditions for the effective and timely performance of the service by the service provider, including notify in a timely manner of all important circumstances, submit all documents necessary for the performance of the service.
- Neither party may disclose information about the activities, services and products of the other party to third parties. However, this provision does not cover public information, information disclosed with the consent of the other party and information disclosed as a result of a legal order.
- The service provider will remedy its errors or defects free of charge and within a reasonable time, provided that the defects are not caused by the customer or the programs and portals. The customer must notify the service provider of any errors and/or defects in a verifiable manner without undue delay, but no later than two (2) months from the execution of the order.
- The customer is responsible for the content of all documents and invoices submitted to the service provider and for the accuracy of the transactions/goods and their connection to the customer’s business. The service provider does not have the possibility or authority to check the content and occurrence of the customer’s transactions.
- The service provider’s price list that stipulates the basic rates applicable to the customer’s services, except where an agreed price is applied. The service provider has the right to unilaterally change the price list for services.
- The service provider reserves the right not to provide the service to the customer if the payment due on the basis of the previous invoice has not been received and the customer does not comply with the general terms and conditions of the agreement.
